There is no administration site associated with the Shared Services Provider SharedServices1.

If you like me, you may accidently delete your SSP web site.

So you will have to restore the old ssp or create a new one and associated the web sites to it.

SharePoint 2007 SSP Gets Stuck on “Provisioning in Progress” and Doesn’t Fully Complete

This is probably the easiest way. Open a command prompt and type

NET STOP “Windows SharePoint Services Timer Service”
NET START “Windows SharePoint Services Timer Service”

After your done and the SSP finishes “Provisioning”,
